Legislative Committee

Volunteer Today!

The Legislative Committee consists of a six member steering committee appointed by the Executive Committee and ratified by the Board of Directors. The committee recommends MSCF Legislative Goals for the legislative session and organizes appropriate political action efforts to achieve those goals. They also serve as a source of information on national and state legislation affecting membership. They coordinate and make recommendations on campaign policy to the MSCF Executive Committee and Board of Directors. The Legislative Committee promotes involvement at each chapter and also elects a legislative representative to act as a liaison to the committee to assist in the monitoring information to their members.
