Anne-Marie Ryan-Guest attended the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and St. Cloud State University. She taught for four years in higher education institutions that were not unionized. In 2000, she began teaching Economics as a temporary full-time faculty member at Normandale Community College. Ryan-Guest served as a local chapter treasurer for five years, chapter president and is currently the Liberal Arts Vice President of MSCF.

I will be attending campus faculty meetings to share information regarding the activities happening at the state level and to serve as a resource for faculty questions.
In addition, I will be conducting research on salary schedule structures in the hopes of finding a model or creating a model that will work for MSCF.
I will be in direct communication with Chapter Presidents of the following campuses to discuss any issues that may be affecting faculty: Alexandria Tech, Hibbing, Inver Hills, Itasca, Lake Superior, Mesabi Range, Minneapolis, Normandale, Northland-East Grand Forks, Northland- Thief River Falls, Rainy River, Ridgewater, and Vermilion.
